A bachelor's degree in social education will provide you with the professional qualifications necessary to work with development and care assignments within the following areas: children and young people, day-care centres, pre-school classes, recreation centres/school-based leisure time facilities, after school clubs, 24-hour service institutions, and institutions for children, young people and adults with reduced psychological or physical capacities.
A bachelor's degree in social education is three and a half years and consists of both formal teaching at one of our departments of social education as well as practical training at a relevant institution.

Social Education is taught in three locations:
Social Education Campus North Zealand is situated in the heart of North Zealand and is home to more than 1,800 students and approximately 200 employees. The campus provides a framework for five professional bachelor degree programmes, research and development, and activities in the professional fields of health and education.
Social Education Campus Carlsberg is situated in the new Carlsberg City District in Central Copenhagen. The new Campus Carlsberg is one of the largest study and research environments within the field of education in Northern Europe and offers state of the art facilities for both students and staff.
Social Education Bornholm is a smaller educational environment located on the island of Bornholm.
